About Us
Rooms
This two bedroom, two bathroom 1375 sq ft condo has a king bed in the main bedroom and a queen with a twin loft bed in the second bedroom. Both bathrooms are spacious and newly renovated.
Amenities
The condo has a full sized washer and dryer in the laundry/pantry room next to the kitchen. The condo unit has one under building parking space and many guest spaces. We have a pool deck right on the beach, green space, a secure dog run area, and an extra storage closet on the ground floor for your beach chairs and toys.
Rates
We have a 30 day minimum rental period. Our rates start at $225/night ($6750) for the off season. Our association requires a $1000 refundable security/damage deposit and a non refundable $150 application fee.
